Time to change
Paragraph 1
The number of over-weight teenagers has been rapidly increasing in recent years as most teenagers have established unhealthy eating habits and ignore the importance of balanced diets. One of the major reasons for this circumstance is that many schools provide their students with non-nutritious lunch boxes which are composed of large portions of meat but less vegetables. By continuously eating non-nutritious lunch boxes, students may accumulate excessive fat and lack essential nutrition, which poses serious dangers to their health. In the worst cases, students who are over-weight are susceptible to severe illnesses like heart attack and diabetes. On the other hand, it seems that our schools neglect to promote healthy eating attitudes in their students, providing students with scarce information about the harm of obesity. The result is that students eat whatever they like without any consideration.
